1. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your holiday. This should be recieved by us within 7 days
of a provisional booking either by telephone or email.
2. A refundable £50 security bond is payable with your final balance. This will be returned to you by cheque
after the caravan has been checked for any loss, damage, breakages or any extra cleaning required.
Guests are asked to leave the caravan is a neat and tidy condition. The cheque will usually be returned to
you within 7 days.
3. Full payment for the holiday plus security bond must be recieved at least 6 weeks before your holiday
start date. Failure to do this could result in your holiday being cancelled. Should you book less than
6 weeks from your holiday start date, then the full amount will be due upon booking, unless other
arrangements are made with us.
4. No pets are allowed in the caravan.
5. Smoking is not allowed in the caravan. If you do smoke, please smoke outside and put your cigarette
butts in a bin.
6. The caravan is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. You will however be able to collect your Butlins
passes prior to this, enabling you to use facilities on the Butlins complex. The caravan must be vacated
by 10am on the day of departure.
7. Should your accomodation become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund
will be given.
8. Adult-only breaks and Motorcycle News weekends are for 6 people sharing maximum.
9. Gas and electricity are included in the price of your holiday, but we cannot be held responsible for power
cuts or water failure.
10. Any loss or damage discovered on your arrival must be reported immediately to either Customer Services
or us. Failure to do so may result in the hirer being held responsible.
11. Any change to the advertised entertainment or facilities on the Butlins complex is beyond our control,
and we cannot accept any responsibility for this.
12. CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Up to 6 weeks - deposit only.
4-6 weeks – deposit plus 50% of total holiday costs.
2-4 weeks - deposit plus 75% of total holiday costs.
0-2 weeks – 100% of total holiday costs.
13. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property
during or after your holiday.
14. We ask that our caravan is treated with care and respect. If it is not left in a clean and tidy condition, we
reserve the right to withhold some or all of your £50 security bond.
15. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party. It is the hirer's responsibility to read and understand
the terms and conditions.
